Typically, a bank will assign appraisers, but in today's world many will save money by listing on FSBO. I’m here to help you find out what your home is worth and what you should list it for. Many realtors are great at selling, but forget that people usually need mortgage loans. Many times, their above market prices get rejected by the buyer's lender. Don't get blindsided, know the current market value before you list or purchase.
The History.
The Team.
Founded in 1991 by Edward Boyd, the company quickly became a thriving business with over 50 lenders, such as JPMorgan Chase, BOFA, Wells Fargo, United Wholesale lenders, Rocket Mtg, PennyMac Loans, LendingTree, along with many others. Clayton Boyd joined in 2003 and the business expanded even further to include 8 other appraisers and 3 trainees. With a staff of over 20, we dominated the northeastern area of Georgia and became widely known and respected. In 2008 when the real estate market stalled, Ed decided to retire and give Clayton the ownership of the company. Sadly, Ed passed away from cancer a few years later. We all miss him, but we strive to honor him everyday by providing the most accurate appraisals in Georgia. Currently, we are servicing over 25 clients and provide over 500 appraisals per year. Quality of service is everything to us.
